Cherries
The cherries are chosen according to their maturity and size of min 24mm or 26mm. They are sorted and packed on sorting tables on site to avoid damage.
Apricots
The apricots are picked at sufficient maturity and color in crates in the orchards and then transported to the packing station.
Peaches
Production consists mainly of white peaches. Peaches and nectarines are picked when ripe and colorful enough in crates in the orchards to be finally packed at the station.
Pears
The pears Guyot are picked at size 60+ and the Williams at 65+. They are packed in wooden cases of 13 kg net.
Apples
The apples are picked in paloxes to be packed at the packing station. The type of packaging can be adapted according to the customer's request for example: wood, cardboard, plastic box, bushel... any size.
