Ghis-Car Fruits is also specialized in apple export. The apples are packed in bushels (18 or 18.2 kg boxes) in the brands of the producers or those of the buyers.
Before shipping the apples, Ghislain Sabatier personaly takes care of the final control of the quality, content, taste and appearance of apples meeting the requirements of the DDPP Consumer Protection and Fraud Prevention Service and European standards, as well as labelled cartons indicating species, variety, size, origin and traceability and a suitable temperature to withstand transport.
