Pomme Reine des reinettes

QUEEN REINETTES is a variety of apple dating from the 18th century. It originates in the Netherlands and dates back to 1770.
It is an apple that is harvested in our region around August 10th. Its flesh is pale yellow, juicy, crisp and acidulous with a nutty taste. Consumers also use it to make apple pies.
